Refund policy

If you would like to return any of the items that you have received, we offer a 14-day return policy, valid from the day you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, all accessories and in its original packaging materials. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@navamae.com.  Customers must follow the instructions you will be given by Nava Maé.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label by email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Parcels that are refused or not collected at a pickup point and are returned to NavaMaé, may be subject to the return costs and administration fees associated when processing your refund.

Shoe box

The original shoe box is a very important part of the product you have received. If you are returning or exchanging the product, You must ensure that it isn’t damaged in any way as we will not accept a return if the shoe box is damaged.

Once we receive your return and the above conditions are met, the return will be processed. You will receive an email and the funds will be refunded to you in the same way as payment was made. Your refund will be issued for the total purchase price excluding shipping.

We suggest that you request a receipt (indleveringsbevis) when you drop off the package as proof of delivery to Post Nord. 

Returns outside Denmark

All returns outside Denmark, including shipping costs and arrangements, are the customer's responsibility.

Please note that we do not pick up returns that are delivered to access or pick up points.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
